Welcome to Honey Havoc! These terms and conditions govern your use of our mobile game application "Honey Havoc". By downloading, accessing, or using Honey Havoc, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use Honey Havoc.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Honey Havoc for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not sublicense, sell, modify, or distribute Honey Havoc or any part of it.
2. Accounts
No account is required to use Honey Havoc. You can access and enjoy all features without the need for registration.
3. Unity Ads
Honey Havoc may use Unity Ads for advertising purposes. By using Honey Havoc, you agree to be subject to Unity's terms and conditions and privacy policy regarding advertisements.
4. User Content
Honey Havoc does not currently support the submission or storage of in game user-generated content. However, if you contact us directly, we may collect and store your name, email address, and any other content submitted in your message for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and providing customer support.
5. Third-Party Services
Honey Havoc integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Unity Ads, for various purposes such as advertising and analytics. By using Honey Havoc, you agree to be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party services. 6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Use Honey Havoc for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. • Interfere with or disrupt Honey Havoc or servers. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Honey Havoc. • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. • Harass, stalk, or harm another user. • Use any automated means to access Honey Havoc or collect information from it.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in Honey Havoc, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, text, and logos, are owned or licensed by Wasteland Empire, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Certain models and sounds used in Honey Havoc are obtained under appropriate usage rights with attribution. Any such content is used in compliance with the terms of their respective licenses and attributions. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from Honey Havoc without prior written consent from Wasteland Empire, LLC. This does not include free to use third-party content used in Honey Havoc. These assets must be properly obtained and attributed in accordance with the terms of their respective licenses. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these licenses and to provide appropriate attribution.
8. Termination
Wasteland Empire, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Honey Havoc at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Honey Havoc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Honey Havoc will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wasteland Empire, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Honey Havoc.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
Wasteland Empire, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of Honey Havoc after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
